For this episode, Danny joins me and we're chatting all about a handful of exciting new watches, and some watches that never existed but Danny decided to make in Photoshop (for yucks, I presume). From a smaller silver screen-inspired Hamilton to a new GMT and a birthday special for Bond (James Bond), it's a fun episode that ends with Danny considering the revisionist history of some of his favorite modern Rolex models.
Also, this will be the last episode of Hodinkee Radio for a while, as we're taking a break to re-think what a Hodinkee podcast should be, how it could represent more voices from within the watch community, and how we can best reflect what you all want from a great watch podcast.
We're not shutting it down entirely. Consider it on hiatus, so don't expect weekly chats about watches for a while, but keep us in your feed if you're keen on tuning in for some special episodes that we have in the works for the future.
Thanks so much for listening over the years, and for the comments, shares, support, and likes.
We'll be back before too long.
